To become a member of The Rotary Club of Bonita Springs, typically most people attend at least 2-3 times before a member proposes them as a potential new member.  This new member proposal form is completed by the Rotarian sponsoring the new member with the help of the proposed new member.  The completed form then goes to Frank Ogden to review for classification and John Mathes for membership approval.  After that, the proposal form goes before the Board of Directors for approval.  Then the individual, his or her sponsor and club officers meet for an orientation with our orientation chairperson Nancy Ross. The membership application is completed following the orientation and a $150 fee is paid. The individual also completes the interest form.  The club secretary sends out the 7 day letter.  If there are no objections, the person is inducted at the next Rotary meeting, receives a red badge and new member kit, and a Rotary pin.  Here is the  Membership Proposal Form in Adobe PDF.
